General Cancellation & Refund Guidelines

Written Requests Required:

All cancellation requests typically need to be submitted in writing (via email or official notice) to be processed.

Deposit Policy:

Tour deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure initial bookings, permits, and reservations.

Cancellation Timelines & Charges:

Long-term cancellations 30+ days prior: Usually subject only to a minimum administrative fee or partial deposit forfeiture.

Short-term cancellations (within 14 days or less): Increasingly higher percentages of the tour fare apply, often scaling up to a 100% forfeiture for last-minute cancellations or no-shows due to pre-booked vendor commitments (hotels, transport, guides).

Third-Party Fees: Airline tickets, special promotional fares, and specific hotel bookings integrated into itineraries are strictly subject to the individual third-party provider's terms and non-refundable clauses.

Unused Services: No refunds or adjustments are typically provided for any missed or partially used services once the tour has commenced.

Entertainment Tickets & Daily Tours: 90% refund for cancellation within 1-3 days Notice.
